the idea/the space
the wilhelmine project is about putting yourself out there and seeing what happens. it’s about trying stuff just because we can.
i live in a converted store in the East Village. My store/apartment is at the street level and it has a pretty decent-sized display window.
i’m a bit fan of art/music/whatever stuff. i can warble a song, write somethings that are somewhat intelligible but I can’t do anything visual to save my life. but i love that people do do visual stuff. it gets me revving every day.
so i want to open up my window to people who want to show something. a canvas, a diorama, a whatever. take the space and make something you love.

it’s a window. it has a shelf that you can set things on. it’s 18″ deep, 68″ wide and 82″ tall.
